All six bedrooms, including three luxurious family suites, are decorated to a very high standard with TV’s, clock-radios, hairdryers, showergel, shampoo & tissues.
The extensive breakfast menu offers more than ten delicious choices. Breakfast is an enjoyable and relaxed occasion where conversation flows freely amongst the guests.
Our conservatory overlooks the beautiful horseshoe bay of Tramore. Guests can relax with a cup of tea or coffee & home baking in the sunny conservatory or patio, enjoy the breathtaking views of Tramore Bay and nearby beach, or stroll in the landscaped gardens.
Tours of the new Waterford Crystal Factory & Visitor Centre (located in the heart of Waterford, just 10mins away) can be arranged, as can discounted green fees at all local golf courses.
Restaurants and bars are within walking distance and we are an ideal base for exploring Waterford City and the South-East of the country.

Location
On entering Tramore on the main Waterford-Tramore road, the R675, continue straight and do not take any right or left turns. You will go through two major roundabouts and a third smaller roundabout. At the third roundabout you will start to see our signposts. After the third roundabout, go up the steep hill and slight left onto Chruch Road. Continue straight, going past a small church about five sets of traffic calming road bumps. Turn left at the next mini-roundabout (we are signposted here) where the shop is and than take the next right into the Cliff Road estate (there is also signposting at the start of the estate).
