The structure b&b situated in Contrada Berbaro, south coast adjacent to the Lido Signorino. It borders the sandy beach of the beautiful and charming Sicilian coast. It enjoys a sunset over the isles Egadi more than exceptional and in particular of Marettimo.
On the beach at dusk you can go horseback riding and at the extreme end of Tower Sibiliana kitesurfing.The villa has 5 rooms (superior and deluxe) enjoying a modern and the utmost “comfort “, marked by an impressive view of the seascape and a large garden with a lawn, which you can enjoy looking at from every room. All 5 rooms have a breathtaking sea view. Equipped with all the comfort, each room is custom finishes, and furnishings. All have their own toilet walls coated with resinand equipped with hair dryer, kit, slippers, scales and toiletries.Each room has air conditioning, free internet access via wireless, flat screen TV, minibar and safe.
Our pride and joy are counted in the services that the facility provides. In fact, our precise intention, first of all, is to offer hospitality along with kindness, empathy and willingness, in order that it can be confirmed positively by our guests and they would take with them a positive, friendly and highly familiar impression.
Since we have fallen in love with this location, we think of offering our guests what we like when we go on holiday to the seaside:

• • Airport Birgi (Tp), with car, take the Salemi direction along the expressway to the end. You will come to the hospital, then turn right Marsala. Marsala arrived at the end of the road you will find a roundabout with a petrol pump ERG. Turn left and then right at the traffic lights. At the end of this road, you will beon the left the Florio winery, then turn left along the waterfront Florio. Now set GPS coordinates (nord 37, 44′, 57” – est 12, 28′, 07”) or turn right and again turn right; the 2° left at the end…you have arrived.Or from the airport, and there are links for daytime and evening Marsala with public and private bus services.
• • Airport Falcone and Borsellino, along with car Motorway A29 Palermo-Mazara, after Castellammare del Golfo, take the A29 for Trapani and Birgi say. Arrived at airport, and follow the directions as described above. Or from Palermo airport, there are links to Marsala with private bus services.
• By car:
• • From Trapani airport: take the SS 115 Marsala-Trapani to Marsala and drive about 15 km. Once at the harbor of Marsala, continue to Mazara del Vallo (SS 115 Marsala-Mazara). After about 5 km. waterfront Vincenzo Florio / Mediterranean, you will find an arrow on the right.
• • From Palermo take highway A29 Palermo-Mazara, after Castellammare del Golfo, take the A29 for Trapani and say Birgi Airport. Arrived at airport, follow the directions as described above.
