• From the M5/Exeter take the A30 to Cornwall and Newquay.
• From the A30 follow signs for A392 to Newquay.
• On reaching Quintrell Downs go straight across roundabout past Morrisons superstore and on to Trevemper Bridge roundabout. At Trevemper Bridge roundabout turn right staying on A392.
• Pass petrol station on the right and at the next roundabout go right, after turning right the boating lake will be on your left hand side. At the next 'mini' roundabout go left and proceed up the steep hill.
• Upon reaching the brow of the hill and seeing the traffic lights over the hill, at these lights turn right on to St Thomas Road the take the first Left on to Fairview Terrace, You will see Kandi Lodge on your left a few houses in.
