Il Fauno Bed & Breakfast is a peaceful top class B&B opened in November 2008, close to the Ruins of Pompeii and the Sanctuary.
You must know that B&B the Fauno is placed in an optimal geographic position will allow that you to plan the more interesting routes for your vacations in Campania,leaving your car in our parking : it is 1,5 km from the archaeological site of Pompeii, and is just 500 mt. from the station of the Vesuviana, where you can easily reach Sorrento, Naples, Herculaneum, Amalfi Coast, Positano, Ravello, the islands of Capri, Ischia and Procida, Vesuvius.
The house was built in the 70s and recently renovated. You will find a home-to-home atmosphere with a comfortable and relaxed ambience.
The B&B is composed of 3 rooms furnished with personality and essential style, healed in all details in order to offer total comfort. All the rooms are provided with in-room private bathrooms, air conditioning, heating, mini-fridge, LCD TV, safety deposit box, wireless internet connection, soundproof doors, hairdryer, mirrors, courtesy kit, linens and towels.
Inside the B & B, a special breakfast room with self-service buffet where you'll find the best products typical Neapolitan: pastries, meats and cheese, orange juice, coffee, corn flakes, yogurt in different flavours, fruit salads, cakes, pies and jams homemade.For our guests celiacs we can offer a rich breakfast with products Gluten Free. B&B associated AIC (Italian Celiac Association).
Guests can rest in our Relax Room equipped with a 32” flat screen satellite TV, a choice of best movies, library, free laptop with internet connection and webcam. .
For our guests also a safe free parking and a relaxation area in the garden, with Patio and chairs in the shadow of Vesuvius. If you love cycling “Il Fauno” also offers 4 bikes.

• By airport:
• From Naples Capodichino reach B & B Il Fauno:
• - With a private taxi in about 15 minutes to get to Naples Central Station
• - With the public service Alibus which runs every 30 minutes from the airport, came quickly to Central Station.
• From the station Piazza Garibaldi just take the train of Circumvesuviana direction Poggiomarino and and get off in Scafati station (Circumvesuviana).
• If you are coming from Sorrento with train of Circumvesuviana, you have to change train at Torre Annunziata-Oplonti , take the train direction Poggiomarino and get off at Scafati.
• From Pompeii don't take a Taxi (very expensive). Ask our transfer to 15 euro
• Behind the station, just follow the road left the Church (Via Domenico Catalano) direction Stadium and in 5 minutes walk (500 meters) to get to our bed and breakfast (immediately after the Stadium of Scafati)
• By train:

• From the motorway A3 Naples Salerno (direction SALERNO)-take exit Scafati-Pompei Est, emerging from the exit, turn right and continue for 250 meters towards Scafati Center, then turn the first left (Via Buccino) onto Via Martiri of Hungary after 150 meters turn right pass the overpass and turn left continue along Via Capone at the end of the road turn right and proceed for 400 meters, at one point theres a roundabout, continue for another 50 meters (find us on your right before the Stadium of Scafati).
• If you have Navigator GPS, address to type is: Via Domenico Catalano, 97 - SCAFATI (SA). (exit Pompei-Est/Scafati)
