"Hostel Pioneros del Valle is a brand new hostel in El Chalten, developed by one of the travel companies so that its customers have a place to stay. Interestingly it's also the only hostel in the village with free Wi-Fi. Considering the internet cafes are very expensive and the few bars with Wi-Fi ask for a fee per hour, this is a very good thing indeed.
