Bring Permethrin or Dermisil I got a bad case of scabies from the mattress at this hostel and had to treat it with Permethrin. I also fell and twisted my ankle on the icy steps (they didn't scrape the ice). And, a housekeeper screamed at me for making a mess while, in fact, I was actually cleaning up after someone else. Yes, my stay here was the worst hostel experience I've ever had. Ils savent toujours se montrer arrangeant. Cet hotel est fréquenté par des alpinistes et randonneurs du monde entier. Beaucoup de Japonais, Américains. Cet Hotel est très calme même rempli de monde. Pour le ski c'est l'un des moyens les plus économiques pour passer quelques semaines à Zermatt sans trop dépenser. La cuisine est spacieuse.
