Excellent in every aspect This is a hostel not a hotel and regarding this it's an excellent hostel -- close to bus stations, travel agencies, good restaurants, close to the waterfront if you fancy old boats, big liners, black-necked swans, and gale force winds. The staff makes you feel at home and because of their good English you can have a nice conversation; if you're curious, they are a good source of information about local matters/traveling. They try hard to make this little hostel work. It's above all spotlessly clean and secure and my room was never cold.I stayed there from 3 to 6 January this year. They also looked after my suitcase 6 days for free while I was trekking in Torres del Paine. I would definitely recommend it. — G Johnson, British / London (2011-01-17)
