• Between 8am and 7pm free pick ups and drop offs are available from Hakuba station or Happo Bus terminal- just call our driver on arrival. Outside those times we recommend a taxi-between 1,000-1,500 yen.
• If you are coming from Narita Airport or Tokyo, please have a look at our website for directions and links for the easiest way to get to Hakuba. We can organize Narita Transfers during the ski season-please look at our website for details.
• We provide a 24 hour check-in service but you need to let us know in advance if you are going to arrive outside of reception hours so we can organize your key. Our reception is open from 7.30 am till 10.30am, and between 4:00 pm and 7.30 pm.Check in is from 10.00 am.
