A guest kitchen/dining room has a fridge and microwave for preparing light meals. Our shady, leafy breakfast deck/garden is perfect for starting your day with fresh coffee on a summer morning. Dave, the owner lives separately in a 3rd floor apartment but is readily available. Guests are assured maximum privacy throughout the rest of the house. Five comfortable, colour-themed, air-conditioned guestrooms share two bathrooms, and one guestroom has its own private bath. Parking is available in several inexpensive lots nearby. The entire house offers wireless internet access for personal laptops. There is 1 cat in the owner's self-contained 3rd floor apartment.
