You'll have use of dock and docking privileges for your own vessel (should you have one). The dock has a wet bar and gas grill that is for your use along with a fire pit to enjoy roasting marshmallows during evening hours.

Private keyed entrance and private parking space includes towels, furnishings and Washer/dryer are included in apartment for your free use.
