10min train ride to Alexanderplatz. Bathroom wasn't cleaned in the week we stayed there. Shower backed up. Staff's English not good. Bed's not comfortable. Rooms sound proof to connected rooms a pleasant surprise. Very reasonably priced though.

This hostel was relatively cheap and nothing special, I would say. At the same time, the rooms were clean. I stayed in a room that had no bathroom. I shared a bathroom with folks from the room next door to mine. Also the layout of the building could be better. Anyway, it was a cheap place, and that mattered to me. The staff (the Polish members) were very helpful and friendly, and really caring. That was also a nice part of staying at this guesthouse. Finally, the location was pretty accessible, whether by public transport (U-bahn, trams, buses) or by car. In conclusion, this hostel was a pretty good value for the money. Maybe it's not Buckingham Palace, but I might think of staying here the next time I'm in Berlin.
