Better than I thought I was quite afraid about this guesthouse because I thought that 20€ /person/night in a double room in berlin was great. The room was very nice, it had a mini kitchen inside so you could cook without leaving the room it was great! the worst part of the room was the fact that it had so many mosquitoes. but that's because the room was just beside the river, so you be careful and don't keep the windows opened with the lights on you'll have no problems! about the location i thought it was good despite the fact that it's about ten to fifteen minutes from potsdamer platz, but it's just by tiegarten, which is such a great garden.

While the rooms are not exaclty cheery, they are en suite, and have a fridge, which is useful for keeping milk and beer cool (the hotel has a beer dispenser). The buses are pretty regular from Wittenbergplatz (every ten minutes) but make sure you buy a transport pass because you'll need it!
