The Pilgrims Rest Is a family run Georgian Country House Hotel situated adjacent to Mount Melleray Abbey and 4 miles from Cappoquin, a small fishing village on the banks of the Blackwater River in West County Waterford. It is an excellent fishing area and an anglers paradise. Several Golf courses are only a short drive away at Lismore, Clonmel and Dungarvan. It is an ideal base from which to explore West Waterford - one of the unspolit areas of Ireland with beautiful scenery, a variety of amenities and a range of activities for visitors and locals alike.
