• DIRECTIONS FROM AIRPORT:
• From the airport, you take the motorway A1 pointing to the north
• You will cross many intersections such as Plaine Magnien, Rose Belle and Phoenix among others. You just keep driving ahead on the motorway.
• At the roundabout at Phoenix, there is a brewery 'Phoenix Bev' on your right and the brand ‘Mercedez-Benz on your left ( landmark).
• You drive ahead, up to the next round about of 'St Jean'. The top point of the church will be visible from the road and you just take the lane on the left in direction of ‘Quatre Bornes ‘. The cemetery will also be visible.
• You cross the town of ‘Quatre Bornes’ along the main road ahead until the junction/intersection with directions and traffic lights at the far end of the road. An indication will point to Vacoas. You take the one pointing 'Route Palma' .
• Route Palma is quite long with some road obstacles. At the far end of the road, there will be a junction/round about. Follow the directions in turning on your left, towards Flic en Flac, Tamarin, Black River. You drive ahead and follow the signs at the other round about.
• You will finally come to the intersection where the KFC point of sale (Kentucky Fried Chicken) and the Shell Filling Station will be facing you on the opposite of the road. You pay attention to the lights and the road traffic and then move on the main road by turning left. Soon after, you will take the right lane and proceed rather slowly to the next intersection/lights which is not far. You wait for the light showing a green arrow pointing to the right. At this moment you will turn right towards the main road leading to Flic en Flac village and beach.
• There will be some road obstacles along, which will slow down the vehicles. At the next roundabout, you will still drive ahead towards the sea. At some point you will have the Total filling station on your right. A little further down the road sloping down, you will have an intersection with lights.
• You just turn left with the lights and drive slowly..At the corner, you will find the pizzeria ‘ Seven Seas’ ( landmark). This will confirm that you are on the right track and you are almost done. You will drive slowly and after 100 mts away from the lights, you will find the first road on your right called 'Avenue des Cacatoes'. There will be a signpost.
• You drive some meters along this road and 'Le Tamier' signpost will be on your left.
• The gate will be closed. The security man will open it and will enquire which apartment you will be residing. Yours is the studio No 1.
• You drive straight along the passage ,all the way round the complex until you arrive at Studio No 1 which is on your right that is last building before the exit gate. We will be there.
• Please, beware Speed limits as there are fixed/mobile radar cameras along the trip to Flic en Flac !
