BLOOMS GREEN FARM
RESORT & SERVICED VILLAS

In pursuit of providing quality accommodation in Wayanad at affordable rates, we have established 'BLOOMS GREEN FARM RESORT & SERVICED VILLAS'. This facility is located within a 15 Acre organic farm at Kenichira, almost the centre point of Wayanad. The three main towns are equal distance from here viz. Kalpetta (17km), Sulthan Bathery (14km) and Mananthavady (21km).

Guests interested in organic farming will be taken on a tour of the organic farm by our supervisors and explained every crops, plants and trees. Our dairy farm has 12 cows, their calves and 50 goats. In the kennel there are 10 dogs in 4 breeds viz. Great Danes, German shepherds, Labradors and Rottweiler. Guests can pat them and take photographs with them but advised to stay away from the Rottweilers as their behavior is unpredictable. There's also a small rabbit farm with 20-25 rabbits, a poultry farm with 50-60 chicken. Among allResorts in Wayanad we are perhaps the only facility in Wayanad that has minimal dependence on outsourced food-products as most items of the food requirement of the guests - all of the egg & milk products and 80% of vegetables, fruits, rice and meat - are from the organic farm itself. All these farm products are pesticide free and grown with organic manure.

Guests can choose accommodation to their custom needs. Those who stay for a longer duration can opt for villas with cooking facility. For short stays, it would be better to utilize our common kitchen and dining facility at the villa at entrance. The ground floor of the villa at entrance has a dining space with 15 seats. There are 2 chefs and 3 service staff on 24Hour service. Doctor is on call within 15minutes and the hospital is within 5 minutes drive way. Drivers and passenger taxis available on 10 minutes notice during all 24 hours.

Dos & Don’ts to preserve serenity of our organic farm

No litter permitted.

Plastic and other non-biodegradable materials strictly banned.

Contact with dogs, rabbits and other livestock only in the presence of our supervisors. Parents should keep children away from dog cages especially from the cages of Rottweilers.

Use the swimming pond only with permission and in the presence of our supervisors / security staff.

No sound pollution; no loud music or hollering.

Please do not disturb the tranquility and silence that nature provides here for you and other guests.

No public drinking. We don’t serve alcoholic beverages, but we do respect your privacy within your villa premises. Discretion and compliance with Kerala Govt. regulations is expected.

IMPORTANT
We fully comply with all State & Central Government regulations for the hospitality industry.

We take photo copies of guests' ID proof and keep the records for 3 years.
