Biassa, at the top of Cinque Terre, is a beautiful village dating back to the seventh century AD. At 350 meters (1,050ft) above sea level the mountain air is pristine, inviting walks along the labyrinth in stone passageways and with access to the treking paths all throughout the Cinque Terre, a nature lover's dream. This peaceful town lies just 8 minutes away by car from Riomaggiore, where one can swim in the crystal clear waters of the Mediteranean.
A couple, or a single traveler, would suit the first floor apartment as there is only one queen size bed. For a child, if necessary, a cot can be arrange at no additional cost. Howere The second floor apartment is suited for two couples, beeing the third third floor, the bedroom siting room convination with a pullout couch for two. From the third floor you have access to a large balcony that offeres a panoramic view of the Gulf of La Spezia 'Golfo dei Poeti' and in the back ground enjoy the view of the Carrara mountains and Apennines mountain range.
Those traveling by car have access to free public parking; something of a hot commodity in the Cinque Terre region. There is also local bus service to points of interest in the area.
