Brunskog Travel Tips & Suggestions Comment by Val Burr (New Zealand) I visited Brunskog in late August 2002 while on a day trip from Norway, as my great grandmother came from Byn in Brunskog. We found a very interesting historic village there, but alas it stopped its displays for the season a few days previously. I wish there was more in the internet in English about the district and the village. It was very frustrating to see it and to be there, but not to be able to learn what were were looking at. Searching the WWW has not helped either. However, the district and place looked very nice. I would love to return someday -- and to stay more than a couple of hours.
