Chicago is situated on the shore of Lake Michigan and is a major transportation and financial hub in the United States. If you are looking for a hostel in Chicago, there are a couple of boroughs that you should consider for your stay. The Loop is the geographical center and contains lots of theatres, shopping strips, and the famous Millennium Park. Old Town has lots of nightlife spots, while Gold Coast boasts with beautiful Victorian villas. If you like to stay where the hip and artsy people are, you could choose a hostel in River North with its accumulation of edgy art galleries and cheap eateries.
If you are flying into O’Hare Airport, do not get lost since this is one of the busiest and largest airports in the world. Getting to the city center is possible via subway.
