It lies about about 20 km (12 miles) south of Moskenesøya, the southernmost Lofoten island that is of considerable size, and visible on most maps. This is a gorgeous place to go to in the summer, when the sun won't set and you can enjoy the unspoilt nature here, on the island and the surrounding ocean.
