"Not so great, didn't live up to expecatations - Turtle Cove (Surf! ahem, see below) has a bit of a monopoly in Tofo with few BP to choose from and so suffers a bit with customer service. Yes, I'm backpacking and can handle the usual issues that come with the territory but the general attitude of the staff wasn't the best. We felt staff response to issues we had was poor and sometimes didn't get response at all.
