Eger Ostellos"The facilities were clean because a lady came every day. My double bedroom was extremely comfy-cozy and warm. This place is in an old house that the guy made into a hostel. It is directly in the city next to the castle and sits over a hill with a great look-out over the town. The old owner guy has his own winery, which he takes great pride in and will love to show you. "This is a college dormitory that offers only beds and showers and no other perks. There is no kitchen, common room, free breakfast or atmosphere to rate. Unlike the other dormitories converted into hostels, this one is not in the center of town. It is a 20 minute walk to the center, or a very quick bus ride, so in any case, transportation is not a problem.
