Arras Ostellos   "The youth hostel is located near the "Place des Heroes", which is near the tourist office. At the tourist office, they will give you a map to the hostel. It is a fairly small town, so it is possible to walk around to the sites and there are several bakeries, postcard shops, and cafes nearby.
The building is old, but the rooms are newly painted, and there is a small bathroom and clean shower (separate) on each floor. The water tap in the shower is a continuous spray, which is rare,...
