Echuca Ostellos  "With all Australia has to offer, it's hard to imagine making plans to stay in the small riverside town of Echuca for very long. But for backpackers looking for farm work, it's not a bad place to stay for a few weeks—as many cash-strapped travellers end up doing.
Set in an old renovated technical school, Echuca Backpackers still has touches of its old institutional roots. Repainted concrete-block walls, high ceilings, and a TV lounge with a big chalkboard on one wall will make you wonder...
