"The YHA Gagudju Lodge in Cooinda is in a great location in the centre of Kakadu National Park. It is very close by the launch for the Yellow Waters boat cruise, which is one of the highlights of the park. "This is a VERY BASIC hostel, but the atmosphere and remoteness (although not far from Jabiru) are wonderful. Walks and an amazing river cruise available from front door of hostel. Not a place for those wanting any luxury. Remember to bring your torch and be prepared for the constant hum of the generator and for possibly having a cold shower.......We however love the genuine hospitality we have received on our 2 visits and are planning on...
