British Columbia, Sunshine Coast
Welcoming international travellers, back packers,
skiers, fishers, especially singles of all ages.
Kids welcome. Our purpose is to provide a place
for you to meet other singles, and new friends,
in a comfortable and safe environment. We are
located right next to the trail head for the
historical elphinstone mountain hiking trails.
You can spend weeks camping on the mountain!
Cross country ski, snowshoe on the tetrahedron
plateau. Make us your "home base" for day trips.
Ours is not a plush motel or hotel, or bed and
breakfast, there are other places on the
penninsula for such. It is the family owned home
base for our commercial salmon fishing operations
for the past thirty years. Humble, but homey.
We say: "enter to learn, leave to serve, new
friends."
Our place is intended for international
travellers, and space being limited, you must
provide proof of international travel, please.
Passport, drivers licence, anything other
official document, can be expired many years ago.
However, if time of year is quiet, we will try to accomodate others. Also a weekly rate then could be available. Please phone or e mail for availability. We have room for self contained RVs or campers any time of year. Water and electricity only. Monthly, yearly lease available.

| Località | •From ferry terminal in langdale, drive new bypass to north road, turn right. About a mile to cemetery road, turn right, follow until keith road, turn right, follow to end of pavement. Red and white house on right. Look for nautical symbols. • If on foot, walk off ferry directly to bus stop, one should be waiting or arriving for ferry. Ask to be let off at the one and only McDonalds stop. • Take payne road from there, north towards the mountain. Follow paved section, across reid road, follow onto gravel section turn right when ends. You will see keith road, paved almost immediatly. Turn left on it, follow to end of pavement. Red and white house on end, across from "boot hill ranch" sign. We have done this hike many times, and it is very doable, although uphill. • Free pickup from langdale, gibsons side.(from horseshoe bay) • ferry or upper or lower gibsons village.(If there is a driver available at the time) There is • a very good bus service from Vancouver • International Airport to Gibsons, twice a day. • Maverick bus line. Heavy suitcases, backpacks • handled, as well as bicycles. Cost of bus: • $51/round trip. You dont have to change buses on • the way. Luggage and gear stay on the bus.
