Poor Very rude staff, the rooms and sheets were dirty, and their booking system was all messed up when we first got there. Won't come back.

Very, very bad Very impolite and unprofessional staff. We arrived at Praha train station, got picket up and escorted by their staff to the hostel where they said there was room for us. After had us kept waiting for over an hour (They told us to wait five minutes!) they finally sent us away because of no beds left. Couldn't they have told us in the first place? Very very bad service and system. Go somewhere else.
