Lovely old hotel in Spanish Mission Art Deco style. Fabulous roof terrace with free use of barbeque.
Free internet and use of washing machines. No more than 2 beds per room. Very close to city. Free pickup from bus station and airport.
Kitchen, lounge and bathrooms renovated in 2008/2009.
What was once the Willow Art Gallery & Wine Bar in the adjoining building is now once again the famous New Zealand music venue called The Cabana. Many of New Zealand's top bands started their career at The Cabana and many a top band play there again now.
