Turn left and take Str. Ismail Qemali, between Rogner Hotel and the Government building (you'll see the soldiers). • Walk for about 200 metres and where Str. Ismail Qemali crosses with Str.Elbasanit you'll be in front of Tirana Backpacker Hostel, a yellow, two-store villa with a green iron gate, at the corner. |
