Poplar Lodge

Poplar Lodge is small cosy hostel centrally located in historic Arrowtown, just 20 minutes drive from Queenstown. We offer single, twin, double and shared rooms all with shared facilities, plus a seperate cottage with double or twin accommodation with ensuite facilities, TV and kitchenette.
Poplar Lodge is ideal for independent travellers who want to enjoy this spectacular area away from the crowds of Queenstown. All activities on offer in Queenstown are easily accessed from Arrowtown and we are close to the areas many vineyards and picturesque Lake Hayes which a great place for a picnic. We have a garden with BBQ to enjoy the summer and central heating to keep you warm in winter.
Arrowtown is a small historic town which developed in the 1860's as a result of the gold rush. There are cafes, restaurants, shops, a unique cinema and a great chocolate shop!
