The owner, Alan Salhab, is so concerned for your comfort, he had custom made beds and mattresses with box springs manufactured for American and European standards in bedding. I can tell you from personal experience, these beds are much more comfortable than the pads I tried to sleep on in the first hotel at which I stayed in Israel. That hotel cost me TWICE as much as the HaShimi Hotel will cost you! Staying at the HaShimi Hotel is a real value.

• Rules You Can Sleep By!
• There are a three understandable rules at the HaShimi Hotel which are imposed by the management to ensure the rest and comfort of all the guests. I admit the rules may discourage a small percent of the world's population from staying at HaShimi Hotel, but many of us will truly appreciate them. They are:
• 1. The HaShimi Hotel is totally alcohol free.
• 2. Smoking is not permitted within the sleeping rooms.
• 3. Co-habitation by unmarried couples is not allowed. They must have separate rooms. (However, the HaShimi Hotel's romantic location and decor make it a very popular Honeymoon Destination.) you can exchange major currencies at the front desk.
