We have seventy rooms with capacity for at least 114 beds, in 12 flats.
Each flat has got at least 3 bathrooms in the corridor and there are 11 rooms with bathroom inside.

Our student house has a big dinning room with capacity for 80 people and it is always attended by three girls serving the customers.

The prices have been designed for a person who is searching for a comfortable and clean place well kept and attended, office is attended during all the night for the custumer and for the safety of everybody. Staff is young (30 years average) highly motivated and with a deep sense of service and attention for the customer.
Familiar is the word to resume the atmosphere in our guest-students house.
