The backcountry lodging accommodations at Back To Basics is just that, nothing more. We do require a two night minimum for your Adirondack stay, for your benefit and ours (your camp accommodations do take time to prepare). The Adirondack surroundings need to be explored and experienced, and a rushed atmosphere makes it very hard to do so. There is a lot to see and do, so the longer you stay the better - - come unwind and enjoy the relaxation.
We do offer a few unique lodging options for your accommodations. You can chose from one of the romantic yurts, or the backcountry wilderness camp. Each camp accommodation offers a different atmosphere for your personal taste.
The accommodations here are rustic and do require attention. You are back to basics and your backcountry camp lodging will quickly bring you there. Things to expect with your accommodation include:
