The House
The building was constructed using teachniques developed by North American experts in construction.
It has been completely restored, while maintaining the orignal architectual elements which date back to the beginning of the 19th Century. In preserving the orginal stairway, wooden floors, windows, and doors, the construction is transformed into a special turistic sight, as a patrimonial landmark in the heart of the city.
The common spaces are large and comfortable, providing guests with a place to share experiences, languages and cultures. In addition, there is an upstairs terrace with beautiful views of the city hilltops and bay.
Design

Rooms
The rooms are well lit, with high-ceilings, and painted in a a variety of bright colors, which reflect the rainbow of colors that decorate the houses of Valparaiso. The floors and windows have been restored to their orginal state, dating back to the beginning of the 19th century.
