INTRODUCTION
Welcome to Punta Hermosa Surf Hostel, we are the new alternative to relax and feel at home south of Lima-Peru. Located in the best zone of Punta Hermosa at only one block from the beach and Main Boardwalk in a safe and clean area with restaurants and stores. Our nice terrace with BBQ and plays for your relax offer an ocean view of “La Isla”. It doesn’t matter if you are single travel, a couple, friends traveling or family groups we promise you will pass a good relax days in our Surf Hostel.
You can rent with us surfboards, bodyboards, longboards and wetsuits or receive surf lessons with a qualified instructor. Surf Trips with surf guide are available all days to look for the “waves of the day”. Very close to the Surf Hostel are around 20 spots for a good surfing, some of them in a walking distance. All will depend of your desire to surf and the conditions of the waves.
With our experience of the zone and Peruvian Waves, you can find and surf the best waves and go to local spots that are not usually for foreigner people. Also, Surf Trips to the south or to the north can be arranged directly at the hostel.
You must, for a better coordination, advise the Surf Hostel in advance about your arrival details. If you need any transfer, we offer Airport or Lima pick-up and drop-off with a friendly and secure transportation.
ABOUT PUNTA HERMOSA
Punta Hermosa is considered one of the best beaches in Peru for relax and surf adventures. Located at only 45 km / 30 miles (45 minutes by car) south of Lima, the capital city of Peru, easy to go by taxis or buses.
Punta Hermosa is a small beach town, very popular on summer weekends and year by year better, clean, safe and friendly with good restaurants and discos on summer (December - May) and with quiet and friendly environment on winter (June-November). Not really cold, just a jacket needed.
Around our Surf Hostel and in a short distance by walk you can find more than 20 spots for good surf. Lefts and rights, hollows, big or small, long or short everything depends on waves and your desire to surf. Or only walk one block with your towel and take a sit, relax and take a sunbath in our clean “Playa Blanca or Playa Negra” beaches.

Punta Hermosa Surf Hostel is a warm and friendly guesthouse that welcomes travelers from all over the world. We are the first Surf Hostel concept in Peru, with the facilities of a good hostel and the simplicity of a good surf camp. With the best location, at only one block from the best beach and the Main Boardwalk of Punta Hermosa, close to restaurants and commerce and in front of the best waves of the area.
The Surf Hostel is run by family owner's, who will make you feel at home all the time. We offer comfortable, clean and safe rooms with private bathroom and TV cable and comfortable dormitories for less budget travelers. Guests can relax in our chill out room; complete with comfy sofas, cable TV, books area, or catch up with friends and family over the free internet. Wi-Fi access is also available throughout the property.
Breakfast is not included, but you have for FREE coffee, tea and FREE access to communal kitchen where guests can make themselves a hearty meal or quick snack. Also, we can offer for you full meals package ALL INCLUDED for a good price; see for this alternative at the hostel, minimum 2 guests.
Punta Hermosa Surf Hostel is open year round and is ideal for those who love clean air, want to be relaxed and/or want to spend a surfing adventure. We offer special discounts for long stays or groups over 3 people.

• HOW TO GO
• Punta Hermosa Surf Hostel is at only at one block from the beach "Playa Negra" and Main Boardwalk. You can go by taxi from Lima (Miraflores or Barranco more than 40 Km / 25 miles) for US$ 40, be sure to look for a safe taxi company. You will need to spend at least an hour away. A taxi from the airport to Punta Hermosa (more than 60 km/37 miles) probably will cost US$ 70 for the car (from 1 to 4 people). You will need to spend at least one and a half hours away. Don't try to change the hostel by taxi driver recommendation. Probably will not be safe for you.

• If you decide to go by bus, the best option is LIMA-SAN BARTOLO number 16 (white with brown lines) by US$ 1.50, this bus line goes into Punta Hermosa town, others no. You need to get off at “complejo deportivo” and walk 2 blocks down. On your right you can find BOLOGNESI St. look for the 407 at the next corner. The better option to take this micro-bus is down Benavides Bridge to the south. Be careful with your things on rush hours (4-9pm). You will need to spend at least one and a half hours away.
