Only at three minutes from the beach, five from the bus station, and ten from the city center. There is a wide variety of options for having fun, go shopping or just go for a walk and enjoy the beautiful seaside.
The house where is placed Pocitos Hostel is from the 30s, and it is a history patrimony of the city. Its spacious rooms and its beautiful courtyard (where Uruguayan famous barbecues are made), give the house a unique touch of peacefulness and comfort.
But the primary characteristic of Pocitos Hostel is its high quality services, with friendly young people offering the best service in a cordial and warm atmosphere.

Location
• From Tres Cruces Bus Station:
• -Take the bus 183 to Pocitos in Bulevar Artigas (main door of the bus station) and take off the bus at Bulevar Espana and Avenida Sarmiento. Then walk by Sarmiento one and a half block and you will see the Hostel (approx U$S 0,50)
• -Take a cab (approx U$S 5).
• Port:
• -The best option is taking a taxi, it will cost around U$S 5
• Airport:
• -Take the bus DM1 to Punta Carretas. Take off the bus at J. Ellauri and J. Zudañez. Walk by J. Zudañez one block and then three blocks by Fco. Aguilar. Once in Av. Sarmiento turn to your left and you will see the hostel on the other side of the street.(approx U$S 1)
• -Take a cab (approx U$S 15)
