Those who wish to avoid overcrowded tourist places will find a truly laid back atmosphere in our premises. We offer individual accommodation in private flats with 1 to 5 rooms only. You can stay in an apartment by yourself or for those on a tight budget you can share with other travellers - this is entirely up to you.
Unlike large hotels, where all information given is expected to be paid for, your needs will be taken care of by our receptionist. Upon arrival she will sit down with you pointing out all sights worth visiting. And because you might find it somewhat stressful to remember all details given, we will hand you written instructions on how to get about using public transport in whatever language you need. We are only a few minutes from restaurants, a shopping centre, banks and supermarkets and you will find both bus and tram stops around the corner.
Our prices, well just have a look at them ... they are so much lower than the average ones. This does not mean, however, that the quality offered is any less. Not at all. The rooms are lovely ... and where else are you invited to use fully equipped kitchens to considerably keep down your expenses? In our premises you can prepare a cup of tea for 2 cents instead of paying 2 Euros elsewhere.
Should you wonder why our rates could be this low, the explanation is simple: We don´t have a 24 hour reception... however, the desk opens at 8 a.m. and closes at 2 p.m.
For check-in and emergencies we are, of course, there for you around the clock. Just call us, we are happy to help.
