■Q1 : Besides room rate,any extra fees we should pay for?
A1: Tax for free, In winter, we only charged 200 ÂĄ for the heater fees

■Q2 : CHECK- IN & CHECK OUT?
A2: CHECK- IN: After 3:00PM / CHECK-OUT: Before 10:00AM

■Q3 : Is it ok to leave our luggage in the hotel if we will arrive early or leave late?
A3: YES' it is alright. Please inform us beforehand that you can place your luggage in the lobby since your trip will be arriving early or leaving in evening. This service hours will be due by 6:00PM (It can not be overstay by 6:00PM)

■Q4 : How to check out if we will leave in early morning?
A4: Please leaves the key on the table of the room which you staid over

■Q5 : Is it possible to hold the room for us if we check in late ?
A5: we can hold your reservation if you inform us by 5 PM on the check-in date. Or please let us know one day earlier before you check in. Otherwise your reservation might be cancelled.

■Q6 : Can we get any low rates or special discounts?
A6: All the prices according to the website of MINSUKU SUMITOMO, we will promote many activities it is including special discount for our guests by different seasons.

■Q7 : Dose the room come with bath facility?
A7: Yes, it does. actually, all the other ones come with a bathroom.

■Q8 : what time will be curfew in the hostel?
A8: All service activities until 11:00PM, Do not knock the office's door after 11:00PM,except any emergencies.

■Q9 : Are there any shops around in the area?
A9: There are some shops near by the hostel, go straight from the street about 3 mins' you will see the super market, shopping mall and the department store 'it is very easy and convenient to get things that you wanted.

■Q10 : Can you suggest any views about Hokkodate city?
A10: MINSUKU SUMITOMO is standing in the central of the city, all views are near by our place, you have got the two options by walk or take city train around the views.
It is easy to get each place where you want to, there are few views that we would like to suggest you to go as follows below:

Hakodate- Nght view, Kanamori Bay, Hakodate-Factory (Meijikan)- Hakodate-Morning Market, Motomachi Churches Area, Goryokaku Park , , Hakodate- Hot Springs, Matsumae, Onuma International Park,Hakodate-Nanae Ski Course(It is near by Onuma International Park)

We would suggest you to somewhere else it will depend on your plan for the trip.

■Q11 : Is there internet services in the hostel?
A11: Yes, it is free to use own your PC stuffs in our place. We do only provide internet channel without the other PC facilities.
■ Q12 : Do we need to share the room with the other people? How big the rooms shall be?
A12: You do not need to share the room with strangers, you can share the room with your friends or by your own.
Room size A: 2~3 persons 　 Room size B: 4~5 persons
