North Borneo Cabin is found in January 2005. Our mission is providing a clean and comfortable accomodation to our guests. Besides cosy bedrooms, we also have a spacious common room, which allows our guests to make friends and sharing traveling experience.
Our staff are friendly and very helpful, we are very happy to provide tour information and also help to our guests to make their trips prefect.
we recently stayed here, the place was absoloutly riddled with bed bugs. they got into our luggage. the staff didn't even have the descency to wash our belongings for us in their own laundry, we had to take all of our things elsewhere to be cleaned so that we didn't spread them to any other hostels. this cost us a fortune in laundry bills. the staff were very unhelpfull and unfriendly about the situation and actually found it quite funny. we know for a fact that they are doing nothing to resolve their infestation, and their unfortunate guests are still being bitten and their luggage bein infested also. i would strongly recommend that you stay away from this place, no matter how claen it looks on the surface, the bed bugs are hiding in there waiting for you to jump into bed
