Description

Residenza Sveva is a prestigious apartment, totally renewed in the first months of 2007, equipped of elegant rooms with independent conditioned air, private bath (two of which with Jacuzzi), TV-LCD, SKY, pay-TV and hair dryer.

The buffet breakfast is available in a wide room and our guests have full autonomy in using our pantry. Free Internet available.

Located in one of the most important public squares of the city center, at just two blocks to the Station, Residenza Sveva is really close to the main shopping streets and to the main monuments: castello Svevo, the Basilica of Saint Nicholas, the Margherita Theatre and Petruzzelli Theatre; moreover in this area there are all the main economic-financial offices.

• In a pleasant surrounding wih elegant furnished spaces Residenza Sveva offers its clients the maximum comfort: the luminous rooms, facing large balconies furnished with comfortable chairs and plants, are all with autonomous air-conditioning, private bath (two are with Jacuzzi), TV-LCD and hairdryers.
• Bari is the largest and most important city of Apulia and stands on the Adriatic coast.
• It's mostly famous for being one of the exit doors of Italy, where travellers leave on ferries for neighboring countries.
• The city authorities, however, have been trying to raise its tourism profile and awareness of Bari's old town, which has retained its ancient Medieval plan and contains many historic buildings and sites. The old town was the heart of pre-Roman and Roman Bari and it is now possible to find several hip bars and restaurants open "from dusk til dawn".
• Apulia (Italian: Puglia)is a region of Italy in Southern Italy bordering the Adriatic Sea in the east, the Ionian Sea to the southeast, and the Strait of Òtranto and Gulf of Taranto in the south.
• Its southernmost portion, known as Salento peninsula, forms a high heel on the "boot" of Italy. The region comprises 19,345 square kilometers (7,469 sq mi), and its population is about 4.1 million. It is bordered by the other Italian regions of Molise to the north, Campania to the west, and Basilicata to the southwest. It neighbors Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia, Greece, and Montenegro, across the Adriatic and Ionian Seas, respectively. The region extends as far north as Monte Gargano. Its capital city is Bari.
