Green toerism:
Quinta de Cadafaz is a ecologic Quinta in the middle of the mountains/forest in the Centre of Portugal. We produce for our guests biologic vegetables, meat and fish, we make our own wine and olive oil. We produce marmelades and other products from our garden.
We make our own electricity by solar (220V) and we have our own water sources (mines) with healthy fresh mountain water.
Our sauna is open the whole year, only not in July and August.
Next to our pool we have at 15 minutes walk a beautifull river with waterfall and a small river beach.
Our facilities are simple but comfortable, all rooms have their own bathroom with hot water by solar.
Our breakfast anddiners are served under the fig trees or at the terras in front of your room.
The staff of our Quinta makes special programs for groups at request.
Our kitchen serve any special meal at the request of our quests.

Location and Contact

Location

• Coming from the airport of Lisbon or Porto you take the direction of Coimbra-Norte.
• At Coimbra-N you take the IP3 direction Viseu, after 20 km you take the exit direction Arganil. In Arganil you drive straight on to the centre, at the round about with the waterfall you take direction: Folques, Torreselas, Cepos.
• In Cepos you take at the little round about the road which goes up, pass by the cementary, follow the road after 1 km you find the drive lane to the Quinta at the left, follow this road 2,5 km down (follow the signs). You arrive at our parking place.
