The common areas are downstairs. There is a full kitchen, basic dining room, and a large living room area with couches for hanging out. It's all fairly nice a clean, and it has the feel of staying in a large house. The staff are generally friendly, and it can be a social place depending on the guests, but it's always fairly laid-back....
