I have found that the...(Old Centre)  "Strowis is located in central Utrecht and should be easy to find on a map. Boothstraat is a very small street.
Compared to other Netherland hostel prices, Strowis is a bargain. There is a members' kitchen, which is ok, and a separate fridge downstairs which isn't closed in the later evening like the kitchen is.
