"Cute guest house with a friendly owner, in a great location. - I stayed there this past week, and recommend it if you are looking for an inexpensive play to stay in the Susukino. We could have rented bikes, but ended up walking everywhere. Nothing was out of reach by foot. The owner was very friendly and helpful and he spoke very good English. It's not a social hostel, just somewhere to sleep and shower. No need to hang out there, when there are four thousand licensed bars/clubs/restaurants...
