"The Kicking Horse River Lodge Hostel is a wonderful place to stay. It does not feel like a hostel upon entering -- more an expensive lodge. The environment within is inviting and comfortable. The Location The Kicking Horse River Lodge is less than a ten-minute walk to bars and restaurants in town. It is just by the Kicking Horse river and near a sort of industrial area, but our stay was quiet. There is ample parking. The neighborhoods nearby seem safe and a pleasant grocery store is close by.
