"Frogshollow is a friendly hostel situated in a quiet street just outside the main city centre area but still within a short walk of all the action. "Wilderness Lodge is located on Mitchell Street, Darwin's central street. It is close to the Darwin transportation center, but doesn't has it's own car parking. You can find it on the northern edge of Mitchell Street, short distance across the road from the Holiday Inn hotel. The lodge itself is clean with a big pool in the middle of it. "Great deal. - I moved here after two previous hostels (Banyan View and Melaleuca) and it was by far the best one I stayed in in Darwin. First of all, the staff is friendly, the pool is great and the rooms are amazing. You have a porch, very nice bed, Refrigerator in every room and your own shower. The kitchen's not too big but more than enough and the people there are great. It's 5 minutes away from all the noise, so you can party as much as you want and then go to sleep as much as you want.
