"Monarch Hostel is a "working backpacker", which means that this hostel provides you a job. Most of the positions available are as tomatoe piker. This is team contract: you pick tomatoes with 12 others guys, your wages depend on the amount of tomatoes you have picked with your team, so don't be lazy, don't work with lazy people. Each full bin gives your team $80 before tax (not $85).
