Welcome to the 'Mountain City', ChongQing, which is surrounded by the Yangtze and JiaLing rivers. Chongqing is a fascinating city that offers a variety of streets and alleys to explore. The city is divided into three parts with each having different vantage points of endless beautiful scenery. Trans-river cable cars and river cruises provide interesting alternatives to see the city. ChongQing's road system is developing quickly and inter-city traveling times have been cut down by newly built scenic highways along the banks of the two major rivers. It now only takes 20 minutes to get from Ci Qi Kou to Jie Fang Bei or Chao Tian Men by new high speed buses.

Ci Qi Kou is an ancient town with over two thousand years of history. It is also known as ' Hidden Dragon' town because during the Ming Dynasty an Emperor called Zhu Yun Wen sought refuge in the Bao Lun Temple there. Ci Qi Kou has one of the best preserved and intact ancient wharfs along the Yangtze. The town's simple yet ancient architecture provides an interesting window into the past of what life used to be like along the historical waterway. The town's 12 streets are paved with stone and lined on both sides with buildings displaying architecture from both the Ming and Qing Dynasties.

Perfect Time means an imagination of beautiful life to most people. We are located on No2, Zheng street, Ci Qi Kou, on the eastern side of the JiaLing River (look out for the Hostelling International Sign).
We can provide you with a bed, a pint of beer, some books, good food and maybe some new friends too. Our hostel has been renovated with an original and simple style that provides a great environment for guests to fully relax and enjoy their stay. We have a total of 60 beds spread over 23 rooms, of which, 80% have river views, for example two great balconys with fantastic river view, several specially designed couple's rooms etc. Other facilities include: a bar (which also serves tasty food), a reading room, an internet bar, a television and movie area, self-service cooking and washing facilities, clean shared bathrooms etc.
