Siam Divers Hostel is located in the picturesque Coral Beach, one of the top scuba diving areas, in Eilat, a few minute's drive from the Taba Border to Egypt. The hostel is part of the Siam Diving Club, which offers scuba diving and snorkel sessions, in the Reef. Although preference is given to divers, it is still possible, and very easy to book a room just for sleeping. As far as the dorms are concerned, don't plan on getting much sleep, being that it fits twelve people in one single room. The beds are not very comfortable, and the bar located downstairs always plays loud music at night, so good luck if you are a light sleeper.
Besides that, there are two showers and quite a few toilet stalls near the dorms. There's a few benches by the equipment room where one gets the diving gear where you can chill at and eat, regardless if you end up diving or not.
All in all, a decent place to stay if you want to actually accomplish something at the beach. Otherwise, look elswhere, as it's quite a long way from town, and not very relaxing to be with eleven other people in one room. But the price is good if you want to snorkel and dive.
