Fun, good deal
This place is everything you need. Rooms are decent, bathrooms are clean, but the reception area is the number one. You can hang out and socialize with so many people, it like a lounge where you can drink and have fun. Location is a big advantage like a block from beach and also a block from Mango's, the hottest latino nightclub, really famous, super girls. You also can park your motoscooter in front of the hostel most of the times. it's a great place. The staff is awesome! I will go there again.

Best location, slow staff, dirty rooms and bathrooms
Do not use the company that the hostel recommends you to use to travel to Orlando. Those unprofessional and rude people left us alone at the park, and it took us forever to locate our luggage, anyway we had to rent a hotel in Orlando and pay the taxi to go back to Miami! It was horrible! Tais was the only helpful person in the hostel, others were very slow and looked like they did not know what they were doing! They couldn't even provide us with the phone number they used to reserve our trip, it took them about two hours to find it!

The best one
I stay in different hostels in the U.S., but the Miami Beach International Travellers Hostel was from far the best one. Clean, Friendly, and the best location in Miami Beach. The staff is really great, in particular Charlie, this the best, very helpful and he will make you feel home. I will go back there.

The best hostel that i have stayed! highly recommed to other travelers
it was very clean, cheap, and the best location. The lobby is really cool, i met lot of people from other parts of world. great place if you are traveling by yourself. great pizza next door, and my favorite beach was right in front of the hostel on ninth street. the staff was very friendly and the renovation is really good, i stayed there in 2001. big change to now. finally i can say its the best hostel and the best location!

Worst to
I used to worked in the hostel for a couple of month. Some rooms are pretty nice but most are in a horrible condition with roaches in every corner. The owner is a blond, blue eyed "wannabe model" and "gigolo" who does not care about his guests (except young girls) and the condition of the hostel at all. Also there are many drug dealers in the area offering drugs to hostel guests. Security is really weak.

I am currently at the hostel, and I have enjoyed it so far -- the staff are nice and the room is decent. I have been here a week now and have not seen one roach! At the end of the day -- you can choose to pay $250 a night in a three-star hotel or $59 in this hostel. If your holiday consists of chilling in your room twenty-four/seven, don't come here, but if you have better things to do with your time, I think it is a bargain! Remember one thing, price reflects quality.

I have a great time in that hostel. That's sure that it isn't the best one but if you search something which has a very good location, helpful craft (like Charlie), near the beach, shopping places, and important streets then I can prefer you that hostel. If you choose a room for only two people that can be better. Also they have different tours facilities that shows what you can do different in Miami. When you will go there if you want to pay less you mustn't expect everything well but you can have lots of fun.

i think this hostel is the worst, shittiest, dodgiest, smelliest, uninviting, unwelcoming hostel in the northern hemisphere and possibly the world. the only way i made it through two and a half weeks there was cos i was meeting my girlfriend and i drowned my sorrows nearly every night on cheap booze. the internet doesnt work, the kitchen is a serious health hazard, and the toilets and bathrooms are no better. i never once in my time there saw them getting cleaned. i just love going into the toilet especially in the morning and it smells like someone has pissed everywhere. Do not stay here.

This was the worst hostel i have ever stayed at and completely ruined my stay in Miami. Do not stay here! Rude, unhelpful staff and dirty, scungy rooms. The kitchen had just been shut by the fire department, cockroaches everywhere, and a guy in the next room had to swap rooms because of the bedbug bites. The next night they had filled the room again only for the same to occur. I hated it.

What can i say except that this hostel is the worst place i have ever stayed in. None of the things advertised were working, for example the intenet, our tv didn't work, no deadlock, shower spout crap, kitchen should be shut down by the health inspectors, i could go on forever. We also asked for our refund back as we had paid for three nights but only wanted to stay for the one. Management was extremely rude, unhelpful, and didn't seem to care. Please don't go here, it will only make your miami beach stay crap.

This place is a real sh*t hole. there are pipes leaking and a funky smell that lingers. Not to mention the staff cant speak english. they are all from tacky taste and attitudes. They need to bulldoze that place down. (The only real good thing is the pizza from the corner). All the people who end up here are half homeless and have issues or smell funny and are by no means hot! Stay away i tell you.

What can I say -- bloody awful! Worse hostel we've ever experienced and we've been to many all over the world! Firstly we were given the option of bed linen over sleeping bags and as per usual we took the sheets, then the kitchen was absolutely disgusting -- milk in the fridge had been there so long that it had separated and full of rust, there were no cooking facilities, and TV didn't work. Then the biggest problem of all problems in a hostel bedbugs! Lots and lots of them -- we freaked out as you can imagine! Staff were completely rude and unhelpful, they would not accept responsibilty for their actions and even called us troublemakers and liars. They continued to tell us they did not care if we infected other hostels! Be advised -- for your own safety do not stay here. Damn you suckers -- we're taking you to the health board!

This is the best hostel in south beach. i love the location and the staff is definitely a big part of the experience. i would recommend this hostel to anyone looking for a budget stay in south beach. There are hot chicks and guys staying there always and the pizza next door is the best late night food ever! plus only a block to the beach.

I lived a real Miami movie in that hostel. I slept for three weeks there. Staff are crazy, one of the staff girl opened my room door when I was naked asking me for the "Girl," I said what Girl are you talking about? She said the Girl who was sleeping with you. I said I didn't sleep with a girl. It was a funny situation. But my roommate were real crazy people. One boy maybe sixteen years old played Nintendo all the nights. Another roommate who later become my friend was a sailor who was priding every day in the room floor. And the best or worst of my roommates was a thirty-five years old man who was living in south beach for the past years working as a waiter/bartender, this man was destroyed by drugs and beer. There are several more stories, I meet a Venezuelan man who was robbing money from nice ladies, I saw a drawqueen/transsexual who was sleeping in my close room. The bartender didn't have money to pay so the manager kick his ass and the bartender had to sleep in the street for several days. One night was a fight with a Canadian against one boricua, African, and Colombian. There are more stories about this hostel, I can write a book. anyway for me was funny.
