Recently built, the hostel is located in between the best beaches of Ilha do Mel (Praia do Farol, Praia de Fora and Praia Grande) and is close (200mts) to the lighthouse.
With only three rooms, a TV (SkyTV) and library lounge and another room for Internet access plus a handy kitchen, the guesthouse was conceived to offer exclusive services to its guests. A special continental breakfast is offered on the deck outside the main house every morning so visitors can make the best of their visit to the island. Fluent english and portuguese spoken. Spanish and french understood.

| Lieu | •The hostel is located in Ilha do Mel (Honey Island), an island just of the coast of the state of Parana (same state where the famous Iguassu Falls are) and is nowadays recognized by UNESCO as World Heritage site and as a living work of art. • With historical sites (fortress, lighthouse), grottos and practically empty beaches excellent for surfing, kitesurf, windsurf and any wet sport. On the hills by the sea hangliding and parapent competitions are held. • Seafood is great, the people friendly and has an overall safe and relaxing atmosphere at anytime. • From Curitiba take the train to Paranagua (an must) and catch the boat to the island or get a bus from Curitiba to Pontal do Sul and from there a boat to the island. Remember to get the boats that go to Nova Brasilia/Farol. • Once on the island walk towards the lighthouse and you'll find Ilha do Mel Café & Guesthouse. |
